Blythweb are delighted to be able to offer a quality, ADSL service to home and business customers. Our competitive prices include full email services (with spam and virus filtering) and local support.

Fair Usage levels are set at levels well in excess of likely usage. Occasional usage above this level will be allowed and we will contact you if your usage is getting near the limits and suggest that you think about moving to a product with a higher limit. The 7gb account allows a one month rollover so any used allowance can be carried forward to the following month.

All our broadband products use ADSL Max which automatically negotiates the fastest speed your line can handle up to 8mb/sec. In practice this should give rural customers speeds of between 2mb and 4mb and town or village customers (where they are located fairly close to the BT exchange) connection speeds between 4mb and 8mb.

All our services are based on a 12 month minimum contract. In addition there is a setup charge of £140 inc VAT which includes:

1. BT Line activation. This is a charge that we have to pay to BT to enable ADSL on your phone line.
2. ADSL Router/Modem/4 port Switch with a built in firewall. We can also offer a wireless router option (extra charge of £30.00 inc VAT).
3. Our engineer attending your premises to install the router and connect your PC(s) (maximum of 5 PCs included). This assumes the provision of a BT line socket in the same room as the PCs to be connected and that the PCs are already networked.
4. Up to 5 POP3 mailboxes with spam and virus filtering. (If you need more than 5 mailboxes we recommend registering your own domain name at the special rate of £25 inc VAT per annum to include unlimited mailboxes with spam and virus filtering).
5. Unlimited local telephone support with the possibility of an engineer visiting your premises to deal with more complex problems (at Blythweb's discretion and may be subject to a charge of £60 inc VAT per visit of up to 60 minutes).
